We do not store any credit card information on our servers and it is maintained at the payment provider’s more secure and encrypted system. However, any information you share with us, we will not share with any third person or entity.

If you submit Personal Information to us through the Site:
We will use your Personal Information to improve our services to you, to contact you and to identify and authenticate your access to the Site’s services that you are authorized to access. We may also use your email address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding our services.

We may provide links to third-party websites as part of the services we provide on this site. Ma’lee is not responsible for the content of external websites, or for their privacy policies.
We reserve the right to transfer information (including your personal data) to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of Ma’lee or any of its subsidiaries provided that the third party agrees to adhere to similar terms to this privacy policy.
Data Rights
If you are located in countries that fall under the scope of the European General Data Protection Regulation, data protection laws give you rights with respect to your personal data which includes:
Request access to your personal data;
Request correction or deletion of your personal data;
Object to our use and processing of your personal data;
Request that we limit our use and processing of your personal data; and
Request portability of your personal data.
You can usually access, correct, or delete your personal data using your account settings and tools that we offer, but if you aren’t able to do that, you can reach us at support@malee.com with your request.
EU individuals also have the right to make a complaint to a government supervisory authority.
Retention of Data
Ma’lee will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Ma’lee will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Security Of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
Data retention and account deletion
We store the data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services or until your account is deleted. At any time, you can delete your profile by using the My Account page. Accounts are deleted permanently from our database and our servers. The only data we keep is aggregated and anonymized data about the number of clicks and views of the deleted widget. You can also email us at support@malee.com to delete your account.
When you delete your account, we delete all items connected to your account such as posted comments, information obtained via Instagram API, your submitted tickets.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not explicitly inform our clients or website users of these changes. Instead, we recommend that you check this page occasionally for any policy changes.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
